Managing Integrations
Connection Status
Monitor the health of your integrations from the Integrations dashboard:
Active

Warning

Error
Connection is broken and needs to be fixed
Expired
Authentication has expired and needs renewal
Reconnecting
If a connection becomes invalid:
- 1.Go to the Integrations page
- 2.Find the integration with issues
- 3.Click “Reconnect” and follow the authentication steps
Permissions Management
Control what each integration can access:
- 1.Go to the integration’s detail page
- 2.Review the current permissions
- 3.Modify permissions as needed (may require re-authentication)
Changing permissions may affect existing workflows that depend on specific access levels.
Troubleshooting
Common integration issues and their solutions:
Authentication Errors
- •
Expired tokens: Reconnect the integration
- •
Invalid credentials: Verify API keys or passwords
- •
Permission issues: Ensure proper permissions are granted
Rate Limiting
- •Most platforms impose API rate limits
- •Wakflo intelligently manages these limits, but high-volume operations may be throttled
- •Consider upgrading to platforms’ higher-tier API access for increased limits
Data Synchronization Issues
- •Check if the platform’s API is experiencing issues
- •Verify that required webhooks are properly configured
- •Ensure your account with the platform is in good standing
